Born in Macau, Fan In Kuan is an art teacher and artist. She is good at combing stones and metals in her work, which gives a symbiotic relationship between these two. She uses the softness, ductility and luster of metals to create the hardness of stones, thus breaking the stereotypes of cold hard sculptures. Fan creates the shapes with soft, clean and elegant lines, carving the stones from a meticulous perspective.
