Leena Kejriwal

Born 1968, in Kolkata, Leena Kejriwal is a photographer and social artist based between Mumbai and Kolkata. In 2014, Kejriwal founded The Missing Project, a campaign against sex trafficking and slavery to create mass awareness through art and (inter)active technology. Since 2002, Kejriwal’s work deals with human rights, especially women’s issues. Her approach is research-based and process-oriented, and site-specifically adapted to each event, venue and public.
