Meng Jiabao was born in 1991 in China. Her ancestral home is Tangshan with Manchu roots.
She graduated from China Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2015 with a Bachelor Degree. Since 2018 she has been a Master candidate of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. Now she works and lives in Beijing.
