Chen was born in 1991, graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts with a Bachelor and Master Degree in Arts, and joined exchange program at ENSBA France and TNUA Taiwan. Solo exhibitions were held in Taipei and Shanghai. Works were shown in group exhibitions including the “4^th China Youth Print Exhibition” and “CUHK 2011 Invitational Exhibition” etc. and were collected by Fujian Provincial Art Museum and CAFA Museum, etc.  She is a member of Hunan Writers Association. Essays were published in “Master” and “Chinese Art” etc.
